Nevada is a trade show state, and trade shows are the one setting where a helium balloon’s slow leak rate turns into an advantage.
One fill covers a show
A helium balloon loses about one percent of its gas per day. On a permanent outdoor install that means topping off every three to seven days.
Inside a convention hall it means something better: a single fill comfortably covers a normal three-day show. You inflate once at move-in and you are done.
Some exhibitors go further and haul theirs inflated in a trailer between shows, rolling it off ready to fly. That only works because the envelope holds pressure the way polyurethane does.
Ceiling height is the thing to check
You need 15 feet of clear ceiling for a 13-foot blimp. Below that it cannot sit above the crowd, which is the only reason to bring one indoors.
Net lift is about three pounds, so a sandbag or a tie-off at the booth holds it. You are not engineering an anchor.
Check the venue’s own helium policy before shipping anything. Some halls restrict it regardless of ceiling height, and move-in day is an expensive time to discover that.
Desert sun is the real test
Nevada supplies about as much ultraviolet light as anywhere in the country, and UV is what ages an advertising balloon.
Cheap balloons are PVC. Sun makes PVC brittle and it keeps every crease from folding. Ours are polyurethane, which stays flexible and tolerates UV far better. It is why customers write to us still flying the same balloon after fourteen years.

What we can and cannot do in Nevada
We ship. Two to five business days by UPS Ground from our factory in North Carolina, $135 for a blimp and $27 for a sphere.
We do not service Nevada. Our full service programme, where we install, fill, monitor and remove the balloon, covers greater Phoenix and Tucson only, because our trucks and crew have to reach the site. In Nevada you own it and your team flies it.
